Thanks for the post! We at Meurice strive to replicate a dry cleaning experience akin to check-in at a 5-star hotel. It's great to hear feedback from customers let down by traditional cleaners.

I have a fantastic cleaner in San Francisco. They pick up and drop off at my house, with just a few hours notice by phone to request the service. And, they don't charge more than other dry cleaners.
